All payments are accepted in default USD.
Fulfillment and Policies
We believe in setting clear expectations for our customers. Below are our key policies to ensure transparency and trust:
- Refund Policy: Customers are eligible for a refund within 180 days after the 24 months of service have been completed and not received as promised in the contract.
- Delivery Policy: For digital services, delivery timelines are agreed upon before the start of the project. For physical products, shipping details and timelines will be communicated at the point of sale. We do not sell any physical product. Subscriptions are monthly and not eligible for a refund for an active customer. Once a contract has been signed, the contract ensures that the client does not open a chargeback.
- Return Policy: If the contract has been signed but the team has not started working on the account and there has not been any sales within the first 90 days, the client is eligible for a return/refund.
- Cancellation Policy: Services can be canceled with a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no work has begun. After that, cancellation requests are subject to a prorated refund based on work completed.
